The Raptor boys have already seen that graph and they're convinced it's a marketing scam. They just won't accept the fact their Craptor can be beat by another stock quad! I do believe that graph, but I still wonder why the DS650 wasn't included! I personally have never been beat by a Raptor, so maybe the DS is even faster than the Predator?

Notice I used the words "may have". It would be nice to where the DS and Dale stand in it. I know things are a lot different in the "real world" compared to a dyno, but its nice to get a good idea of how it will perform. According to this, the Predator must be pushing the 50HP mark we have heard about.

I appreciate the honesty. You're one of the few Raptor guys that will admit it. All I ever hear is that the Raptor and DS are too close to call. In real life, The two machines are fairly close off the line, then the DS pulls ahead and keeps going until the rev limiter. I do know that my stock DS650 was dead even with a piped Raptor. Now with the modded endcap, I am a litle faster through the gears and dead even on top end.

Yes,
Thank you BaD660. It's refreshing to see someone who owns another brand come on here and not bash another machine. You tell it as you see it. I can respect a person for that.
I too wish they would have included the Cannondale and DS 650. I especially respect the DS. The advertizing Bombardier does on it ISN'T hype. As a matter of fact, I always knew it had the stronger motor of the two. For the DS to stay dead even with a Raptor, even with all of that weight, it would have to have the stronger motor.

Lets stop all the speculation and just run em. And may the faster machine win. Does that sound like a happy medium to everyone?
Don't you guys think its a bit strange how every new quad seems to be compared to the Raptor before the others? Just wondering if anyone has noticed this besides me?
I like my raptor
He likes his DS
They like their z400s and so on (I just think it's great that there is such a large market of quads to choose from and each quad represents our own individuality)
