The Predator MSRP is.........

Well i've rode a predator, and i'll say it is by far the best sportquad on the market (but i've only drove one of the lower end cannondales)
and the brochure is packed full of enegine and suspension goodies if ya want more.
I'd be more than confidant that with the walker eveans suspension upgrade, K&N and perf exhaust (all available through polaris)
that it would be better than the Dales.

Hey im a polaris man ive been really looking forward to this release of the new sport bike and for the first shot at this end of the market it looks like they have done it right cannondale and polaris are the only manfactures that actually offer these types of upgrades bomber has a little for there ds but im totally impressed with extensive line of ad ons and up grades for the predator. I might test riding a predator in a few weeks or even own one one day but after seeing all these big bore light weight bikes out whooping the sport and scrambler line up which arent in the same class now they have some competition from just about every atv brand. This could get even more interesting. Oh yeah as far as marketing i thought it was alot of fun to follow rumors around and mystery web sites that just appeared out of no where i get a kick out of it and think its adds more excitment to the table. One question will the predator out run a cannondale cannibale (however you spell it) . Let us know

Well i got all of that in a kit.Its called the stage one kit from rick ritter. You can veiw the description and price on his web-site www.rittercycle.com (i think thats it).The price on the site says 325$ but i think mine came to like 280$.All in all the kit was a great improvement it gave the quad enough power to stand it up when taking off on a road and it gave it a great sound. If you have any other questions just ask i am more than happy to help

I rode the Predator at the show. I had to dig up a pair of gloves, which I borrowed from one of the pro riders 'cause my hands were blistered from riding everything. I have been riding DS-650's for the last year, my son has a Raptor. They are slightly modded, slip-ons, etc. check my signature.
...First off, though we didn't get to ride on the big demo track, the pro riders were flying all day, total control, tricks, big air, moving it around in the air, cross-ups, stuff you cannot do on a DS. SO it definetly jumps better than a DS, that is an understatement. The Predator is as quick as a DS, and revs better than a DS with no limiter. There is no "hit", it is smooth even power, and pretty quiet. IT is smaller than a DS, wider than a Raptor, and lower than either. Size wise I think it is about the same as a Cannondale. IT is a little heavier, but a Raptor with a wider axle and real tires probably weighs as much. And the XC bumper is as ugly in person as it is in the pics.
I want one. The dealer track was tight and there wasn't much room to open it up, but it handled the corners better than anything I've ever ridden, including 400EX's.
......The front shocks were a little stiff for me, but I like a soft front end, there was no dive in the corners, like a 400EX. I would back off on the preload for myself. What this quad is all about is balance. Balance between suspension, handling and power. It may not be the fastest, but it will be right there. It will outhandle everything else, but gives up a little in the weight department. The suspension is better than anything from Japan, and probably only inferior to the Cannondale's Ohlins shocks.
......This is huge Bang for the Buck. Good to go. Ready to rock. Add some nerfs and you're racing. This will be a great dune machine. Woods guys might want to put narrower rims on, but I for one am Damn glad this Predator wasn't screwed up by a bunch of woods riders wanting narrow quads.
Narrow Quads Suck!

Did u ever have trouble with u trailboss? Mine keeps fouling pugs like a bad habit. Ever since i adjusted the carburator it wont run unless i give it gas. And even then it blows out a bunch of blue smoke and struggles like its gettin no gas to the carb. When i pull the plug out its wet. Do u know what could be causing this trouble?
