scrambler doesnt use oil

my 400 (2 stroke) scrambler just got back from the shop after the engine siezed from not getting oil and it still doesnt seem to be using oil.so i am wondering how much oil it is supposed to be using[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

Was this fixed under warranty? If so, did they change the inline oil filter. It's located on the left side of the gas tank, by the fuel filter.
According to the shop manual, you can pre-mix your fuel at a 40:1 ratio. Then remove the oil delivery line from the intake. Start the engine (having removed the oil pump cover first), reach down and lift the oil pump lever (the one with the cable on it), oil should pulse out of the line. MAKE SURE TO PREMIX THE FUEL FIRST, since you will be removing the oil delivery to the engine. There is also a bleed screw on the front, top left of the pump. You can try loosening this 1 full turn and leave open for 5-10 seconds. Don't do this step with engine running, only with the engine off. Look over your lines to make sure you don't have any kinks or damage.
