I,m going to be purchasing a new bike that i will be racing in Xc. I was wondering if the predator will be to wide to get through the tight stuff.

 

At our local county fair,we had a motocross race,a local pro rider,Daryl Rath,was riding a Predator,it is not as big as everyone had thought. From what I could see, it is only slightly bigger than a 250r with aftermarket a-arms. I don't see a problem riding it where space is a problem. Just look one over when it comes into a local dealer, and judge for your self.

 

From what I heard, he is riding the Pred everywhere he has time for,it is the best advertising Polaris could hope for, you should have heard everyone jabbering about the Pred when Daryl jumped by the pit area, it's creating quite a stir, the looks,power and handling are getting a lot of attention from everyone who sees it. Time will tell if Polaris has a big hit on its hands.

 

I'll try to give him a call tomorrow. I was wondering if he'd hit Akeley on Saturday for the harescramble, then Staples for the MX on Sunday....that would make you sleep good at night. I'll post what he says. By the way, that ATV Sport spread on the Pred looked good.....I know Bob, I'm trying not to get excited..TOO LATE hehe.
