02 Sp500 h.o or 03 sp500h.o or sp600?

the '03 SP500 is $400 LESS than the '02 SP500 so there is really not much to debate in my mind.
i think the big debate is the nominal price difference between the 500 and the 600. since noone can talk about the MPG of a 600 yet, IF the 600 gets similar MPG to the 500, than your decision will be much easier......pick a color and GO FOR IT!
good luck and be sure to tell us what you get!

Can't wait to hear how you like the 600. I'm still confused about why they made something so similar to the 700. I didn't think there was a big gap between the 500 ho and the 700. Maybe if they had built it on a different platform or something, but the specs are identical to the 700! What do you think, identical ride with about 5 less horsepower and five less mph top speed? Why did they bother? Other than being kind of redundant, it seems like a great machine.
I almost wonder if this is what they were starting to build, then in an effort to win the size war they slapped together the bigger motor so they could call it a 700. If that were the case then the 600 will probably be a much better motor, and might explain why the 700s are so sloppy.
Going to buy a Sportsman for the wife soon, maybe I'll look at the 600. I am kind of leaning toward the 400, though. Lot of machine for a lot less money. I drove one and it felt just as strong as a 500 ho, my buddy's got one and he never has a problem keeping up with my 700.
