I have a Scram 500 4x4 and I changed the belt today and noticed that the spring was broke. It is the big spring on the front clutch.I don't know how long it has been broke, but I have to change the belt about every couple months, could this be why?But I was just wondering, I hear people talking about putting a differnt spring in,just wonder ing what color , and where from.Thanx

thats a problem im not sure about, but you need a new spring.go with a green coulored spring.it is pretty stiff and will help the clutch engage properly.if your exeleration was poor before it should improve now.

Purchasing a complete clutch kit gets you all the corrctly matched components. They'll work in harmony....and your flying dirt will interrupt someone else's. hehe
