The 2000 TrailBosses were known for blowing the oil cooler line off, and locking up the engine. I know two people that had this happen, and more posted about it here. I would check into it. Your bussy might have a free rebuild coming.

The oil line was actually recalled. My dealership called me and replaced it with a different line with beefier fittings. If it needs a rebuild then I would just call RCR and get the big bore kit for it as well. More power is always nice.
