Dont waste your time with exaust mods on the Sportsman.At least thats what a few guys at my local riding area says.It would be to your benefit to add a clutch kit before an exaust mod.-===BILL

Right on Bill, I bought the AAEN pipe for my SP 500 and got more noise, that was about it. The clutch kit, spring and weights change was a very good update. Gave the SP better acceleration and a higher engagement rpm.
