Anyone upgrade on there reed valves? Is there realy a big notice in performance?

 

You bet, put in a good set of carbon fibers. people will have different opinions, but the v-force 2's are great. they will make response much better.supposed to add a couple of hp.Bubba

 

any reed valve upgrades worth on this engine for sure,from the whole v-force reed cage system to single carbon fibers petals,it is a great first mod to do on the 400,give better/quicker throttle response and some extra 2-4 hp too,better gas mileage,but remember any aftermarket petals need to be replaced each year for peak performances,it is a performance gains for a shorter reed reliability issues...
