Pull the plug and see if it is fireing.If not you could have messed up the stator or the CDI.This could get a little more complicated than you may want to do.If you are getting fiire try setting the valves.

This is one of those dumb questions I have to ask....
The gas switch is on ,and theres gas in it,right?

Have you drained the fuel tank? If it was on its side it could have gotten water in the tank. Narrow down your problem by making sure the plug is firing. If not, trace down that problem first. If you have fire make sure it is getting gas (not water).

yes the gas switch is on and yes there is gas in it my question would be how to drain the gas tank it was on its side for about a full minute.

well i drained the gas tank and filled it with super checked the spark plug for a spark and it has a spark also put my finger on the sparkplug hole to check for compression i have that. but it still wont start.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

pull the plug and see if it is wet, if it is make sure it smells like gas and not water. If it smells like water, spray some ether in the spark plug hole, put the plug back in and try starting.

Next if it were me I would check the valves to be sure they arent too tight.I am not sure what the clearance is but I would bet someone here does.
