belt noise

What is causing the rubbing noise under my belt cover and how can I fix it any help would be appreciated.

This is usually caused by the housing for the clutch rubbing against the pulley. This is somewhat common and is easy to fix. Does it stop when you give it the gas?
I had this problem and had taken it to my local dealer and he inserted spacers that made it quit rubbing. Probably what has happened is that you have either accidently warped the cover by standing on it or something like that.

Thanks for the help it does stop when I am giving it gas or if I am past a sertin speed. It only does it at slow speeds.
