I was out riding with some friends and we were saying that Honda was the oldest ATV made then I remembered seeing a yellow trike called a Tri-sport when I was young. Does anybody else remember this (or am I crazy?) and would anybody know anything about them? A real brain teaser.

I'm wrong Yamaha had the TRI Z not TRI sport It may be Honda? The TRI Z was Liquid cooled 2 stroke 250cc I'd imagine they were fast.

What you are talking about is an Alsport . I had one , an Alsport/Steen RTS 340 . It had a twin cylinder electric start Kohler 340cc engine . It also , was STREET LEGAL . I restored mine and drove it for short runs into the convenient store. I sold it in 1992 or so and I have no idea who has it now .

Yeah, and you shouldnt listen to everything you hear. Sorry, it wont do 75 stock, and definitely not anywhere close to 85.
