SP 700 TIRES ON 00 500 SP?

I need to know if they will fit? I know they both have 25" tires but the rear rims are differnet. If they will fit what do you think is a good price on the stock rims & tires? The guy wants 400 or best offer.

They both have a 4/156 bolt pattern, so they will fit. As far as $400, what tires and rims are you talking about, the stock on a 700. If yes, $400 is a decent price if they are close to brand new. If they have over 150-200 miles, you should go lower.
