Default Predator stalls in water! Better FIX

Let me see, I followed Elroy's advice and routed my vent tubes higher, problem solved so I really do not see the need
for a "better" fix. I suppose you could run the tubes into the airbox like a pcv valve on a car but that would probably cause a negative pressure and a possible reversion condition in the vent tubes. Perhaps you should address your issues and learn to play well with others.

The check valve was not supposed to be a good idea. It was mostly honest sarcasim.
The best fix is the one that works without costing an arm and leg.
In all actuallity, the best way to usually run any vent tubes is into the frame(as long as it isn't completely sealed). This is because it usually dosn't get much debris inside and is usually dry. However, none of mine run into the frame. In fact they are all routed through the quad and just hang there. I don't have any water crossing troubles either. I try not to make things more complicated than they have to be.

The only other thing you could do here is to put in a one way breather valve but, this may not fix it. If it didn't, it would probably help it some. Wow that doesnt sound like sarcasm too me. That actually sounds like someone tring to come up with a better fix. Please remind me not to take any advice off you. Actually all you did elroy was guess at the problem and you were right. USAmoto00 had the answer of re routing the lines so if you can go back throgh the posts maybe you too will be enilghtened and find out that you didnt have the answer here. so quit tring to take all the credit here.

If you and USAmoto00 (I didn't go back through the post and check for sure but I believe he's your buddy) Actually if you yourself are so damn smart and want all the credit for this silly water fix why the hell didn't you just come out and say "What the problem was and How it could be fixed"?

Elroy is "The man"

If it wasn't for his educated "guess" at what the problem was and actually being right you still might still not have posted the problem or fix yet unless someone else "guessed" what was wrong by now.

Re-routing the vent tubes is a great fix that a 5 year old could fix. Tube touch water, move tube higher. Bike out of gas, put gas in Bike. lol

Sorry, but we the people don't look up at you as the almighty Predator God. Elroy is on this one.

onebadpredator,

I personally know elroy and can truly tell you he is "THE MAN". Just by reading you're posts I can tell you are a ***** (rhymes with witch), trust me I'm a prison guard, I know the difference. Yes, you have the right to speak you're (tiny little) mind on this forum. You also can be kicked off by moderators, for being an idiot. We've seen it done for less in the past. So, in other words if you aren't on this forum to help people, stay the he** off.

onebadpredator,
Actually, you are confusing. I just re-read your origanal post. You actually told me I was right before USAmoto00 even replied. I think maybe you should go re-read it.
The check valve thing was actually a crack on you. I have had people come in here and insist that that stupid check valve is SO important. In all honesty, I wondered if that was your "better fix". I'm glad it wasn't, because I said "it may not fix it" in my post. Of course this was after I said "the best fix is to shorten or re-route the hose".
I have nothing more to prove to you so, Merry Christmas!

P.S. Thanks pleasure4qt and Mike for being so attentive.

Im Kinda confused. I have a problem with my pred when i go through water. But does it normally have a problem running after?? for about 5 mintues maybe it well keep stalling out and has a hard time starting is that what happens. Well re-routing the vent tubes fix this. What do i need to do just wire tie them to the frame somewhere up higher
