Insurance? Yes or No
Do you guys insure your toys? I just bought a SP400, not really worried about totaling it, more woried about some punk swiping it. Anyway, the first quote I received was from Progressive - $114/year.

I insure mine, Mainly because the bank told me to. That is about what I pay. To me, $114 isnt bad for me to be able to sleep at night knowing that if some weasel takes my toy, my A$$ is covered. Plus if I wreck it in the woods, I am covered as well

YES! I'm a long time Farm Bureau member and they wrote me a policy almost identical to what I have on both my pickups - bodily injury, medical expense and (with $250 deductable) comprehensive/collision for $106.80 a year

I pay just under $200. i am covered for up to $1milion if someone sues me. Mainly i got it because my brothers CR was stolen, and it had no insureance (they won't insure them!) My german shepard sleeps in the garage in the summer/fall/spring, and i have a baby monitor pluged in at nights, un top of all this i have insurance! i'm not flucking around!

We keep full coverage on the toys. My 99 sport cost $6.00 a month, and my wife's 01 scrammy only costs $8.00 a month. It does cover everything including theft. It's just not worth taking the risk for that! Bubba
