I bought a 00 335 last week. Rode it once for two hours and herd a clicking noise coming from the rear end. I stopped and checked some things thought I might have a stick or something stuck in the rear end but it wasn’t. I put it in netural and nonoise I put it in gear and click, click, click. It does it worse in reverse. I took it to the dealer and they called polaris, they tried a few different things but couldn’t find the problem. So the polaris rep told them to put in a new transmission. So I have to take it back tomorrow to they said it would take a day or more, they wasn’t for sure because they hadn’t put one in before. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem with their 335. Any help would be appreciated.

As unconstructive as this is i just couldent resist. " My y2k grizz and y2k kodiak tranys are fine" hehe. But seriously it shouldent take more then 1 day to put the trany in BUT who knows how long it will take to get 1 to put in it. With ATVS the problem dosent seem to be getting the work done it is getting the parts to do the work

I've got a '99 with 1000 miles on and the only things done to mine were, changed to newer style tie rod ends and replaced the rear brake pads. It gets greased everytime it gets washed and the oil gets changed reguarly. I ride through alot of creeks and a moderate amount of mud. I also plow snow with mine.
