I just read all three pages of this and I hope to hear some official news, and see pictures from the dealer meeting as soon as its out. I don't think polaris would guy up cannondale because the c-dale and predator would compete for sales, although the pred is cheaper.

What I hope to see is a good two stroke on the predator chassis or a redesigned 250/400 scrammy platform. It would be a wise move to make as many cheap 2-stokes as you can while they still meet emmisions. Or better yet, put EFI on the 2-stoke models and it will meet emmisions and make more power.

Another possibility is the addition of a manual trans to some of the more popular models for sportier riding.

The title of this thread "You aint seen nothing yet" is so true....as i type this there IS a 3 cylinder bike in the works by one of the big players...and by next year we will see a 4 cylinder (twin piggy back style).....this info is from one of the major aftermarket clutch kit builders....he has been invited by one of the "Reps" to a show to take a look....he would not coment on who but expect big things in the next two years......take this for what its worth (not much till we see it).......

I heard maybe a completely new sled??? But I hope his pic was a wheel and fender for a ATV and not a bike.

Artic Cat, and Ski-doo released early model 04/late model sleds in the last 2 weeks.

A while back, two of my friends talked about watching some dirtbikes run a MX track. They drew special attention to a new one that was fully automatic. I don't know bikes very well, but to my knowledge there is no auto dirt bike. Polaris has the first automatic dirtbike just like they did with quads?

Husqvarna actually produced auto bikesover 20 years ago and you can buy a RevLoc that changes your bike to an Auto. I don't know for what quads it is available for but it is available for the 400ex. I have ridden an XR 400 w/ RevLoc and it worked perfectly.

Actually, the Revloc is just an auto clutch, not an auto transmission. It still utilizes the 5 speeds that come with the XR (or the KTM) or other bikes they make them for.

Exactly. I try to keep it simple on this site. It's an auto to 70% of the members.
