A friend of mine has ridden his new trail boss less than a tank of fuel. It has never kept the battery charged good. Will they run with a dead battery?

 

i have a trail boos havent had that problem one time it seemed like battery was low cause it set for awhile thought the battery was dead went back about five minuets latter and it fired right up i have had problems with the fitting on the fuel tank leaking i think its fixed now

 

Yes it will run without the battery. The battery main function is for the starter and lights.

 

i have ran my bike 2 monthes without a battery . polaris trail boss have magneto in them and that will run light . if u ever get stuck and battery wont work just use ur pull cored and ull be all set and u still will have lights .
