Default 42mm tmx carb vs 38mm tmx carb

you will just replace pistons with mikuni's tmx 38 and 42mm carbs or even worse:crank,the pwk 39 is better,good torque,great top end,easy to fine tune.if you're intend to run the stock airbox a k&n air filter or something similar is in order to fit well,instead the carb fit best with a filter charger directly without airbox...

Default 42mm tmx carb vs 38mm tmx carb

the 42 mm flatside carb will fit your scrambler but u will have to drill 2 more holes in your airbox to move it closer to the carb

2002scrambler
k&n airfilter
42mm flatside carb
hpd pipe and silencer
shredder tire
alloy nerf bars
