is everyone that ownes a 400 sport happy with it?
I am about to buy one but im not sure about the "polaris" thing. I have owned a suzuki and a honda and the suzuki was junk so i want to try the polaris.

I had a 99 400 Sport, and it was a great ride. I just got rid of it, to buy a four wheel drive. I wish I could have kept it, and bought the new one, but I couldn't. If you like speed, this quad is great for you. I never had a problem with mine, and I rode quite a bit. If you do buy one just make sure you check the air filter, grease it, and wax the chain a lot. I didn't think I would like the auto, but now I am hooked on it. When you are hill climbing you never have to shift gears halfway up. The power is always there. I used to ride with a few banshees, and the only thing they had over me was top end. I could climb just as good as them, but in a drag race they would pull away once they hit about fourth gear. I think it is a good choice if you get it. I don't think you will be sorry.

 

I own a Scrambler400. It's basically the same motor but 4x4. I love the performance. The first day I had to get used to the feeling of a sports quad but after a few days I fell in love again... it rides great!! Power, speed and ease of use!

 

Ok my friends have said that Polaris is junk because of the automatic. I have been riding a 4 wheeler since i was 5 so I am farmiliar with 4 wheelers and i like to take jumps and things like that. I wasnt sure if this would be the fourwheeler for me or not

Test ride! Test ride a few and see for yourself...usually the only people badmouthing Polaris are "other brand" owners.

"Polaris Envy" is the medical term...
