The mod we are talking about is for the sportsman series Polaris which have a headlight pod on the handlebars which also has the speedometer. You do not have this on your Predator. The lowers, refer to the 2 bumper mounted lights that also are on the sportsman series. low beams= bumper lights, high beams = pod light.

I am wanting to upgrqade my lights on my Sportsman 700 Twin as well. What do you all recommend? The same as the 500? I believe the 700 Twin has a larger battery and alternator than the 500. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately you are in the same boat as I was with my SP600 and you have the new style bulb. There are no aftermarket high output bulbs available for the new confiquration. You will need to purchase part #23,24 and 25 Pod parts You will also need to change the connecter for the bulb which can be bought for a couple of $'s at your local car parts store.

You will need to check your bulb as I do not have access to the 03 model parts. If there is a rubber boot around the bulb/connecter, it is a H4 bulb and you can use the same Piaa bulb as recommended above.

I looked at the parts drawing but it's very small. It is not an H4 bulb but it does look like an H3. Check out the bulb on this link and compare it to the one you have. If it's the same go with Piaa #15256H3 Piaa
