Try K&N or Dynojet for jet kits but to rebuild the whole thing you will need a new needle and seat asymbly and a new needle your jets dont ussually get bad.Just need to change them when you change pipe or air filter.

No you dont need to change them because you put on a filter but when you go to rebuild your carb that is where you can find the parts you need.Sorry for the misunderstanding

Yeeehaaa!!!! I rode the quad last night for about 2-3 hours it was running great! Today we started ridin about 10am the quad was dead by 2:30 pm :S it was so fun. i was muddin with my friends they run ( 00 expolarer 400 4x4 300 honda) I got hung up alot but thats the fun part i think! untill.... the honda went through the creek and it was just about to his gas tank deep! so i figured if i'd stay to the side my tranny inlet would be fine. i got almost all the way through and i got hung up. it wasn't bad untill i put her in rev. and started backin up. i feel into the hondas tracks. I kept it running but the other quad didn't get to me fast enough it started to bogg down and finaly died!!! My start was out befor i started so i was pull startin it all day the pull rope would not go back in i got it in once it popped but didn't start up! we drug it back to the house and pulled the spark plug and fixed my pullrope, changed plug but still wouldn't fire up. i think maybe in the next day or two i'll take the head off and make sure there isn't water/rust in the cylinder? any other thoughts one what to do would be great! whats better then to get it fixed have some fun and fix it again. ( gotta love it )thanks

I have a ?. Where would i drain the oil outa the bottom end of the motor, its got like a steal dip stick that has a magnet on the end? or is that part of the tranny? i figured theres a drain plug somewere but i've never done this befor. looks as though when i flooded it some water entered in. the oil is really frothy and runny looking? any info would be great!

thanks bigbad brad

The dipstick is on the tranny and it needs to be drained too.The oil for it is $10 a qt but only takes about half.
