Is anyone running this combination? I only ride once a year in sand (living in SC) and am wondering how people like the geckos? Any input positve or negative is appreciated. Stupid need not apply....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

I have the Geckos on my predator, and will be taking them to the sand next weekend for the first time. I'll post then.

Firehawk, most of the time you can catch the entire combo for around $150-$160 plus shipping. They run them on Ebay all the time and say they have them for all models. I dont have a thumper, but my wife's powervalved 250 Quadracer still responds better to a one size smaller front tooth sprocket even with her on it. Everyone says the Pred doesnt have quite as much bottom end as the other thumpers, so that might help. I'm sure someone can give some better input. Bubba

 

Hi Firehawk, the Geckos are 21x11x10's, although, they are really only about 9 1/2 to 10 inches wide. Right now, my front sprocket is stock. I paid right around $150 with the Gecko's on .125 douglas blue labels. If you do alot of jumping (which I don't) I would recommend a heavier duty rim.
