It's called dehydration and a stiff neck, try drinking alot more water with the advil. Most people don't drink enough water while riding.

This may sound weird, but maybe you bite down hard when you are riding fast. Sort of like you are focusing on your riding and have an attacking attitude. It's hard to explain!
I know that sometimes I do that without thinking. My helmet is just a bit too tight and that is why I noticed it. My headache is right around the temples. Put you hands on your temples and bite down hard...you'll see what I mean.

yeah, thats true, and make sure you have a good fitting helmet. I had one a long time ago that was too small, now I have one just a hair too big. I wear it in the winter though, with a hood under it, so I thought I'd need the room. I wish I could get a better helmet without paying several hundred dollars. I think my next one will be closed face, because we ride year round and my open face MX style sucks when its cold.

I get them occasionally too, I think these guys are right about dehydration and gritting your teeth.

I would rather ride with a headache than having to take a poo.

Here's kinda an old hockey trick, budget cut mouth guard. I normally pop in a couple of pieces of Trident (chosen by 4 out of 5 dentists) er, um this keeps the teeth from banging together also. You can try a water pack, force yourself to drink on a regular basis during your ride. Then once you're at home, and the key is out of the quad, force yourself to drink more, ooops, there goes that attention span. Where's that Bandcamp chick when I need her??? Yea, Bubba, I've got the house to myself too, otherwise the girlfriend would've already @%#%#$% me upside the noggin!! hehe.
