Maybe I'm not understanding this correctly, but everyone that I know of that has an aftermarket silencer, not the full exhaust, none of them recommend changing the stock jetting. I have the K&N filter and WB silencer, and I have <u>never</u> had any popping what so ever. The only time that it backfires is when it's cold outside and I leave the choke on too long, so that would tell me it pops when it's rich, like a car getting too much gas. My friends have 2 400ex's and 1 Raptor, all aftermarket silencers, different manufacturers, and not a one change the stock jetting, even with the K&N.
