OOOOOPPPPSS........... Hit enter by accident........ anyway,
I ordered a XL650 counter sprocket because everybody was saying it is the same as the Predator.
when it came in, it is a clip on style and not a bolt on. the guy i ordered it through said that it may not be possible to find a bolt on, in a 13 tooth, because the chain may rub the bolts...
anyone else run into this? and if you have a bolt on 13 wer'd you get it? how bout back sprockets, I'd like to get a 39 for the back and a 13 for the front so i have different combos to try for hill shootin/draggin. Thanks.....

hey predator007, you need to order a sprocket for a 2002 Honda XR 650L.
SprocketSpecialists.com has them for the predator in a 13 tooth or 15 tooth. The number for sprocketspecialists is 1-800-782-8200. Tell them you need part number 564-13. It's $21.99+5 to ship.
Oh ya the 13 tooth sprocket works and fits excellent!!

Nope, not me, I'll give the credit to Trucker I believe..............<give the credit where its due>
Trust me I love the 14/37 stock gearing......it'll make a believer out of you for the predators top end trust me........
but;
using a 13/37 killed the top end in my opinion. and 14/38 in a nice new Polaris Performance red rear sprocket works out better for all around rock/trail crawling, while still giving your those WFO air/grin creases in your cheeks.
(the ones on your face, the seat units are more a pucker factor at that point).
Sand Skate II's in the dunes with 13/38 is where I'm headed next.
