Trouble shifting

Default Trouble shifting
I am having a hard time shifting out of low gear. I goes in easy but coming out is a chore. Any helpful hits? Thanks.

It's 1 of 3 things
Incorrect idle
Linkage needs adjusting
clutch alingment
