I have a 98 polaris sport 400l. With a K&N air filter, A HPD Performance clutch kit, A HPD trail pipe, Which gives me about 10 more horsepower putting me at 46 to 48 and goes about 85 miles per hour

 

Not to get off the subject here but your 400 is NOT producing 46-48HP, at the rear wheels, which is where it counts. Nor are you able to run 85MPH with just a pipe/clutch kit.

Your rear wheel HP output is most likely closer to 34 giving you a 12.5lb. to 1HP weight ratio, which doesnt equate to an 85MPH ATV.

Look up at my mods, I'm not even hitting 85MPH, so I very seriously doubt you are.

 

i have a 2000 magnum 325. and its one very cool four wheeler

 

2000 Magnum 325 4 X 4. 2000# Warn Winch. The machine has less than 5 miles, it leaks oil and won't idle. I'm not giving up on Polaris yet.
