Ixnay the foam filter. Just run the K&N. The pilot screw plug is on the bottom of the carb just in front of the bowl. I just used a 1/8" bit, drilled a little, then she spun out. Going out to drill up the prototype radiator scoops, so it might be a while before I can get back to you.

Did you replace the Pilot jet, The airforce kit should come with a new pilot jet, along with the main jet. Double check your float level. make sure air adjustment is set correct, the one under the plug that Modquad explained how to remove. Something is just out of adjustment, relax and don't get down own your Predator, when you figure it out, you will like it.

That's still on the bottom end? Does that airforce kit change out the needle? Double check inside your silencer, someone was also saying their welds on the quiet core had let loose. Inspected mine, the thing was tacked all over....which is good. Also, wonder if the base timing was ever checked on this machine. Another tidbit, I run 92 octane.
