Are the polaris shocks on my scrambler 4x4 adjustable? Mine is a '98 and i want to jump better. What are some good mods?

Only the rear spring pre-load is externally adjustable. According to the parts manual that I downloaded, the rear shock can be re-valved by changing the stack of discs on the piston head.
