Atfer having worked in, and managed an auto parts store and worked for Chrysler in their parts system, I know that a lot of the problems with incorrect parts are with the information given to the "Parts Guy". Yes, I did make mistakes too, but were quickly rectified to the customers satisfaction.
In this particular case, the parts manager, the mechanic, and myself were all looking at the micro fiche, and still got the incorrect parts.
The dealer is open on Saturday during the warm months, they are lawn & garden equipment dealers as a main product, but they were the closest and had the best price on the quad.
Enough Venting.....
