I am wanting to purchase a new mini 4 wheeler for my little girl and have narrowed it to the Suzuki Quadsport 80 and the Predator 90. I know the Quadsport has been around since 1987 and the Predator is new. But I would like to hear from someone who has had experience with both of them. Which would you buy and why?

I would go with the Suzuki it is a great machine with a proven record. The Polaris is just a run of the mill Tiawanesse mini.Dont let the BS about suspension get to you these little machines dont get riden that hard unles you plan on racing it.And again the LT 80 has been a winner there too.

I have 2 Polaris Scrambler 90's. Suspension does matter, just ask my kids (ages 6 & 11).
Second the Suzuki engine acts as the swing arm. I know the Suzuki reputation is good and they have won a lot of races. I was favoring the Suzuki, Honda, and LEM. After looking at the Suzuki up close I decided against it, the swingarm/engine just bothered me. Most importantly I took my kids around for about 2 months riding every kind of kid quad out there, THEY choose the Polaris.
Yes it is a Tiawaneese mini, an advantage here is parts from about a dozen different manufactures are interchangable. This is important to me because we travel everywhere with our wheelers. With new A-Arms, swing arm, and shocks I can get 8" of travel out of my minis, engine mods are capible of doubling horse power. Imagine a mini better suspended with equal power and less than half the weight of a Trailblazer.

Also, this guy (Fenceguy69@aol.com) had a sweet mini for sale.
If I was working, I'd buy this one myself. In fact if he still has it when I go back to work I am going to buy it.
Good luck.
