I have a 425 magnum, im thinking of putting a AAEN megaphone muffler on it. is it a must to clutch it. i have a polaris white primary spring, and a UNI air filter.

 

what would happen if i just got a sport clutch kit would this give better top end or just acceleration or nothing because i already have a white spring?

 

To get the most out of the pipe you need to check with Aaen and see what they recommend.Later.

 

Agreed, they will set you up with what works best for their pipe.

 

Change the secondary spring to a Aaen Blue set it at 2-2 . Ride it for a short time then check your plug.You may have to go up a jet size if your plug isnt right when you check it.

 

alrite thanks. what does the clutch kit do. will it add any top end, will the pipe?

 

does the megaphone pipe just add acceleration or will it add some top end too. it already picks up the frount end really easy. if it has too much accel can i change the sprockets for some more top speeed. whats a good combo. i think that it is 12 - 38 right now.
