Hey guys,
I have the E-series pipe. With stock filter ran great but when I added K&N yesterday was running a little lean. Bumped up to 160 main and runs awesome but a couple of times when I came to a stop after running hard ( I mean 3/4 throttle to idle quickly)itshuts off. Do I need to adjust something else?

 

I"m running almost the same setup, but added 5 (probably drilling for the 6th today) Univents along with the K&N. I drilled out the pilot screw plug and turned it in 1/4 turn, just to be safe. I need to spend some time out checking the jetting, but sure runs good. Are you running all the discs along with the quiet core and end-cap?

 

try moving the clip on the needle down (rich), it maybe a tad lean on the needle, since the K&N.

fire hawk whats your elevation? i have wb slip on also was thinking of adding kand n talked to my dealer yesterday he said not to rejet im at 6000 ft bike runs great now havent done anything but the pipe when i go to the dunes its about a 1000 ft lowers still runs great you think i should rejet with k and n how did you notice it was running lean?

 

little backfiring/popping slight hesitation...I am in SC at 0-200 ft above sea level. Runs great now except for isolated times shutting off. Went to mud run and the Geckos aren't kicking it for the drags. Probaly will see if I can sell them at Snakehunt. Gonna try just straigtht paddle.
