What about foot pegs? Do you have to make your own custom ones or does any company make some? I plan on getting the hotseatperformance nerf bars.

 

The Hot Seat nerfs are also fairly wide. The dimensions are about 2.5 inches wider than DG banshee bars. The concensus from the experienced guys in here say the 'Shee bars are the way togo if u have the remotest ability to weld.

 

IF you cut off the floor boards and leave the back bar out you can mount anything that fits your fancy. If you have the ability to sculpt like modquad then be creative. But with a riveter...(mine and scramblerized tool of choice) you can put the originals back on or whatever you buy....just drill holes and go.

 

I took the pegs from my floorboards and just riveted them right to the steel bar. You could order a set from hpd or hotseat.

 

Thanks for all the help. The new trailblazer hasn't even been home for 5 hours and I already want to modify it and give it it's own look and personality. I am also looking at replacing the stock yellow plastic with the sonic blue plastic from the Scrambler 500.

 

Scramblerized...There are some ghetto lookin ones made my AC. They look like a medieval torture tool...should grip a foot real well. AC PRO PEGS...Check out the black plastics too...the glossies...Then race cut add some chromed sweetness and you got a ride.
