Question #
1. Polaris has rear sprockets available, but good luck getting one right now, there on backorder. I believe a Honda XR650 13 tooth will work on the front.
2. Call Gary at superbikes shop in Evansville IN. He will be able to help you with the airbox and carb jetting.
3. DG, Pro Armor, etc...are all coming out with bolt on goodies check out a new magazine to see whats available.
4. I disconnected mine to put on a twist throttle... didn't have any problems, just unplug the wires and tape up plug and stick it under the plastic.
5. I order'd a set of hubs from Rath today and I'll have them in 2 days, He's never to busy to make money.

Depends on what sort of riding you do. For woods and trail riding, unless you have long stretches of straightaways, it's geared high. I've got mine at 13/37, gonna drop to 13/40. Where I ride it is real rocky, and lots of steep hills to climb. I need to be able to climb the rocks. It's real hard to do with the stock gearing.

I found alot of stuff, some things I have never seen anywhere else. Tried to post them, but...sorry. Oh yeh alot of places claim to have sprockets in stock???

PREDATOR questions
1. Superbike shop has custom rear sprockets in stock for the Predator, stay away from a smaller front sprocket. It increase's wear on the guide, and cause's premature wear on the bearings.
2. Running the filter on the carb kills the velocity. Try the Airforce kit, it works really well.
3. purepolaris.com, has alot of bolt ons for the predator.
4. It will not hurt anything to disconnect the etc. unless your throttle hangs wide open then your going to hurt the motor or yourself.
run a 14/38 or 14/39 gearing for most types of riding. if your goint to be in the sand I would go with 14/40. They will all fit under the factory guard (barely).
