has any one tried powertech4 or big gun pipe"s on a sportsman 500? gains? jetting? fit? etc?

You can't go wrong with an HPD pipe/silencer. Polaris specialists, who sell some powerful and reliable gear.

i don't think HPD makes one in stainless or jet coated do they ?

The Powertech 4 from MBRP is a great pipe for the Sportsmans.
