Default Re-jetting

I have a question about re-jetting my Trailblazer 400. I know when you swap the exhaust you will more than likely have to re-jet. My question is when you re-jet you are increasing the fuel but is there anythuing you need to do to increase the amount of oil? I am thinking that when you increase the amount of gas you should also have to increase the amount of oil.

No, the oil is delivered throught the oil pump according to throttle postion, as long as the pump is working correctly and is adjusted correctly, then you don't have to worry about it.
