End-over-end down a 700 ft hill,
End-over-end down a 700 ft hill, my friend's 1997 Xplorer 400 is in bad shape after a spectacular roll in the Cinder Hills area of AZ. He's okay because he bailed off. The engine is okay and maybe some of the running gear and a few other parts can be reused. I haven't yet listed broken & missing parts, but I want to buy it and rebuild it. Any suggestions about a fair price between friends?

it's worth nothing!
you'll more than likely invest far more than it's worth to make it drive-able again!
between friends?.....i'd offer him $100

End-over-end down a 700 ft hill,
In Cinder Hills it tumbled down the east side of the north crater. It took the rest of the day to get it out of the crater, and only with the help of a friendly Jeep driver.
Thanks guys for your opinions of value. I'll have to list the broken & missing parts to figure out if it's worth rebuilding into something drivable.
