Default 91 trail boss

i was with my friend last week and i let him ride my magnum and he let me ride his trail boss. i was riding the trail in high and it was "bogging out" it would not go over 25 mph. he said the carb just gets "over loaded" in high and you put it into low to clear it out. what is really going on with his t-boss?

You are supposed to ride all 2 strokes in low range unless you are going over 30 mph, otherwise you are below the power curve, and yes it will be doggy.
