Default epi clutch kit, biggest waste of money i ever...

i just got back from riding with a EPI sport utility clutch for my sportsman 335, that was the biggest waste of money i ever spent, engagement was way to high and i still can't get a wheelie off that darn thing. I put the stock primary spring back on cause i couldn't stand haveing that high engagement without and other advantages.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

THere isnt much you can do to make a 335 wheelie they are just too heavy and too slow no matter what you do to them.

That was my line of thinking as well. Put a tach on that bike and see what it actually engages at. You might find it's not as high as you think. I like a lot of engagement on my trail bikes. I think it makes climbing and controlling the engine easier. Hope you find a happy medium. Bubba
