500 scrambler clutch kits and jetting
Hey ftwflh, I am a 4 stroke guy
I personaly trust the companies that have had a lot of experience with Polaris. Places like HPD, RCR, Hot Seat and Aaen have been building and racing polaris' for years and have a lot of experienc with reasearch and developement than DG does, at least with polaris. Yeah, I paid a lot more for my pipe, but I know that it will outperform anything out there and has had a lot of research in it. I agree that 4 stroke pipes are more forgiving than 2 strokes, but you get what you pay for. As for the epi clutch kit, a clutch kit should improve belt life, not destroy it. The HPD agressive clutch kit is a very good kit. Mine engages at I think around 2000-2500 RPM. It makes it a little challenging when trying to putt around but the engagement makes it accelerate a lot harder and wheelie with ease. You can also give Rick at RCR a call. He can set you up with a kit made for your riding style and set up just how you want it. Trust me, Rick knows his stuff and is a great guy to get advise from.
