Default new WB end cap

I made a new endcap for the WB exhaust, and just put it on today. The purpose was to direct the exhaust gases down and hopefully the decibel level too. Well I havn't lost any power and it no longer blows your ears out when your behind it.

My brother kept complaining that when he got behind that my exhaust was hurting his ears. Guess he should have bought a polaris instead of the 660

Looks trick and serves a good function too. As soon as I get some pictures, I'll post them

Default new WB end cap

Just got back from some more tests with it. I must say that it sounds a lot better then the set up I was using. Much quieter. Did a test drag against my brothers raptor and got the same results that I got before I modified the end cap.

Again, as soon as I get some pics I'll post them

Default new WB end cap

I just got some pics up in the gallery, just waiting for approval, so for now I'm showing one pic in my profile

The carbon build up is from before when I was tinkering with the jetting before the air force kit.

Just too lazy to clean it up I guess, maybe later ( procrastinators code ).

So, be honost, what does everyone think

Thats cool. Do you know if that will fit on the stock pipe? Even though the stock one is not as loud it would be nice to direct the air down so when I start it up in my trailer it wont blast the walls.

I designed it in AutoCad to fit exactly to the white brothers silencer, then used MASTERCAM to convert it and machined it on a Hurco CNC machine that they had at the college I go to. I could make one to fit on to the stock silencer. But since I'm graduating after final exam next week I won't have acces to the machines, though the professors said I could come in any time.

One of these days I'll have to purchase a small table top cnc machine.
