sagecrusher,

does it raise the front of the machine and makes it stiffer or it just makes it stiffer ?

Love my Progressive Suspension on the 500 H.O. Berts Dirtworks for $140. Fully adjustable for load & does raise ride height a little.

The springs off the 700 fit, as well, and are stronger, and more progressive than the stockers on the 500 HO.

Scram,
I have not noticed any difference in ride, It does raise the front end up about 1"
I have been through many a rough road, and these things are great, never had one come off the machine.
I suppose that they are intended to be used as a item for temporary use as with my snow plow blade, but I have been in all conditions and really do like them.....Best part is they are only about $12.00 ea

I went with the hockey pucks as well and I am impressed with the change, seems to turn better and keeps the front end up, I also cranked up the rear shocks to max and now have 11 inches clearance from the ground to the belly pan with 25 inch tires on it.

I've got the same rubber grommets for the springs on my 500 h.o.
it doesn't raise the front end up one bit, and it really doesn't help
with the sag of the front end at all when I let off the gas.. I've really
been dissapointed with them... worst 20 bucks I ever spent... I'm
ready for the 700 springs to see if that will help..I need something
to raise the front end up a little and these just don't do it... hoping the
70 springs will give me a little more lift..

I hope this helps. If this is still muddy, let me know. I try posting a few photos. Haven't tried that before so nows a good time to learn.
Could you e-mail me any pictures you have of this mod, I want to do this but would appreciate some pics.

Thanks,
