What is the top speed a predator can get to

 

Polaris says top speed is 76mph.

 

Yea that sounds right.

 

I would say that is a little high. Stock gearing on pavement, I've had a couple different vehicles following me and they have had me at 73 mph. With my 38T rear, they had me at 70-71 top end.

The defaults are for a DS but if you plug in the right numbers you'll have your answer. I dont think that it will work for a cvt..

 

Stock gearing I had mine to 72 on a river with snow, so a little resistance. If I could have gotten her wide open, I would say MAYBE 75. Now how fast it CAN go would be up to you with your gearing, but you would loose all kinds of low end if you didn't have any mods. Right now, with my setup, I think I could gear it up a little bit and still have good bottom end. I'm hitting my rev limiter in 5th with no problem now. But when I run the shotgun series around here, I'm going to a 13 front, I should never see 4th during that race.

 

I'll let you all know real soon. I put a speed-o on my but just got the transfer case back in my truck today, I'll give it HELL real soon for the top end. And no there's to many cops around here to try it down my block. it has to be at least 75 because polaris advertises publicly it will do 0-75 in 15 seconds
