Sportsman weight balance?
How does the Sportsman feel balance wise compared to an XPedition or maybe Magnum?
My chumm has an Xpedition that I think feels way too heavy on the front end, and way too light on the tail. I have another chumm with a Magnum that I think is the same way. (?) Just sold my Warrior, and looking to get a Sportsman I think. I know the Sportsman has an all together diff drive system, and maybe this would help it be more balanced?
I also have a 99 Scrambler 400 4X4 that I am considering selling or trading towards a Sportsman or 4 stroke Scrambler 4X4 too. But since I still currently have the 400 Scrambler, I think I am leaning more the Ute direction for now, but..... I love the Scrambler! It is a very well balanced machine as is the Warrior. I could hop off the Yammi and get on the 150# (?) heavier Scrambler, and not feel any harder to handle. But the XPedition feels very out of balance to me. Otherwise a good machine.
So, what'cha think?

Sportsman weight balance?
I think that if anything I could use a bit more weight in the front of the Sportsman. I do alot of hillclimbing with people that have Rubi's and grizz's and my front comes up a bit more than the grizz and alot more than the Rubi. Probably has alot to do with the hieght of th Sportsman. Though it sits about the same height as the grizz it is alot better sidehilling than the grizz. I think overall the Sportsman is very well balanced and nimble for its 740lbs. There are somany thing you can do on a utility that you cant on a sport quad, of course that goes both ways but as fast as they make utility quads now I think they have a big edge over sport quads now. Ive never been happier with a quad. Hope this helps a little.

Sportsman weight balance?
Bearthunder I posted some pics on my page but I guess it will be a little bit till you can look at them, it says the page is still pending. Sorry the page is very dull but I only had a couple of minutes tonight to put them on. Darn overtime! The 04 600 doesnt have the rack extentions on anymore unless you get them extra and also they dont have the nice shiny rims like you do Other than that I believe thay are practically the same machine.
