Here are the choices....

A. Leave them alone Less than 90 CC

b. Max engine size of 125 CC

c. Max Engine size of 250 CC

This completely depends upon experience and ability. There are 12 year-olds that can handle a 500 no problem and there are 16 year-olds that can't handle a 90.

I don't think it matters as long as you are responsible and experienced

I agree, however I am trying to gather stats to present to the CPSC. Can you please stay within the boudaries of the choices above?
