The "Democratic" Government will make all of your choices for you. You have no say in the matter at all. Your votes don't matter to them. Age limits don't address rider size, maturity, or proficiency. Some 12 year olds are better suited to a bigger ATV than some 16 year olds. There really isn't a single size that fit's everyone 12-16.

I would say B or C.

But there are variables as previously stated. The 90cc is way too small and I'm not talking engine size, I'm talking the overall size of the ATV. My Daughter is 14 and would be eating her knees on a 90cc. The engine size is also questionable, but the ATV itself is just too small. They can keep the cc low while still building the ATV larger so it fits the rider.

If the rider's body is too big for the ATV, than how do you expect the person to handle the ATV properly? The ATV has to fit the person (height and weight) to be safe. Too much focus on engine size and not enough focus on the overall ATV is the real problem.

My Daughter has aslo ridden my Wife's Recon which is a 229cc. I'm not saying the cc is too big, but the ATV is a little too big for her. I would like to see a 125cc and possibly even a 200cc, but most important, I would like to see the ATV itself grow with the cc so it will fit the rider.

Just my 2 cents.

If it was 12-14 Id say B.

Too much growing going on by 16.
