The threaded bold and washer are molded into each side of the rubber mount. The threads don't go all the way through, that's why they call these islolators or isolation mounts.https://www.ebay.com/itm/POLARIS-PUR...tX0Y~e&vxp=mtr

Well it is the metal bracket between that rubber part and the engine. Should be two bolts on either side of the mount, but this one broke right at where the bolts are.

If it's the bracket ,then break out the welder or see if you can find a used one. The bracket itself is nla.

Ok. Ya we got a welder so we will do that option. It looked like the engine had settled to the left, so that could be some of the cause of clutch rubbing. And vibration.

Heres the damage. The bracket on the
frame side was between the two bolt heads, and had rubbed the edge of the old bolt head off. I was able to pull it out and replace it.

Just get a used one on ebay. Here's a set of brackets for 5 bucks that you could clean up.https://www.ebay.com/itm/Polaris-ATV...ZaeknN&vxp=mtr

Well, made some progress. I welded the bracket together, and it turned out good. I also am almost ready to pull the engine. OPT you said the easiest way is to remove the rope start, flywheel, and stator plate before I pull it? I definitely dont want to have to pull out that long set of wires going to the stator. I found a really good set of YouTube videos on a guy who rebuilds this engine and is very detailed on what to do. Really helpful. I found a guy who bores for $60, didn't think that was too bad. Getting there.
Quick solvent job cleaned it up pretty nice.
