we have a pond thats of decent size, and had my dad hook up a 20' or so long rope to the back of his quad and pull me around the pond. One time he got going about 20, and there was rocks stuck in the ice from my little brother trying to throw rocks through before it was solid. I was going completely sideways from coming out of a turn and knew the rock would prob rip my board in half. So I tried jumping it and ended up doing a superman, then landing head first on the ice. Luckily I was wearing my riding helmet because I figured as much would happen. It still knocked me kind of goofy, and messed up my neck for a week or two. It was fun anyways.

ya no wat else is fun...power sledding! It da best. Either i tie the sled to the moto-4 and tow someone, or my dad tows me on it. Now that is wat i call awesome, especially around the turns. U just need a big open field so u have a lot of room to slow down so the sled doesnt run into the back of the quad.

We had our first snowfall (about 5 in.) of the year over Halloween. We spent the all of that Saturday afternoon ripping up the snow. It was a blast. I can't wait for more of the white stuff to come. I am really looking forward to the lakes, river and creeks freezing over so we can put the studs (sheet metal screws) in the tires and let it rip on the ice. I took my first dune trip this past summer and bought a set of paddles so I will have to try those out in the snow and see how they work. I would think they would be very similar to a paddle track on a sled. Well, better see if so more of that fluffy white stuff is in the forecast. HAPPY SNOW RIDING!!
